Going on holiday abroad can be extremely stressful therefore in addition we will

(1)     provide you with a dedicated villa app that contains all your booking documentation, information about the villa, resort and local area, discounts

(2)     answer any questions within 1 -2 hrs but definitely within 12 hours

(3)     provide you with direct access to our mobiles 

(4)     help you find the cheapest air fares, car rental and park tickets (if required)

(5)     offer you a free early check-in and check-out if the villa is free

(6)     full refund (minus cc fees) if you cancel within 72 hours of booking
